Travel in Style

There’s nothing quite like heading overseas to enjoy another country’s culture, food, and scenery. Here are some tips that you can use to travel in style so you feel at your 100% the moment you touch down from the airport.

Comfortable Wear

Wearing comfortable is definitely on the top of the list if you are heading to another country. It is wise to do some research on the country’s weather in order to understand what you need to pack. It’s no point looking good in a suit if the country you are visiting is extremely humid and warm like Singapore. Always pack for the season and the country and also to pack a set of comfortable overalls for the flight. The mistake most people make is to wear 1 attire for the entire flight. If you are on a long-haul flight. Chances are you’ll leave the plane with a musty smell and you’ll definitely not feel your best for the rest of the day. Pack in a pair of flip-flops, comfortable cotton wear and it will change the way you fly forever.

Your transportation in and out of the country is usually the most hectic and troublesome one to manage. Most airports do not have the proper public transportation infrastructure to assist you. It’s very important to do some research and find out more about the transport in and out of the airport. Alternatively, you can always use a form of transfer such as the Singapore airport limousine service. By using such services, you can pre-book a vehicle for your convenience at all location. They offer a flat fee charge and they also offer a meet and greet service. This means the driver will be waiting for you at the arrival terminal so you don’t have to orientate yourself in a new environment. You also don’t have to worry about any additional charges through tolls or Jams that can double or triple the cab fare.

A Trip to the Mall

A trip to the local mall to stock up on necessities is always advised especially when entering a foreign country. At the local mall, you’ll be able to find food, groceries or your digital necessities such as chargers or USB if needed. I personally always use this in conjunction with my airport transfer and give the driver an extra tip to add another destination. Most drivers are also willing to wait for you and they might even help you with your groceries if needed.

That’s all for my tips when traveling. Hope you managed to find something that will help you on your next trip.
